1. Website information
This website describes Bainbridge Studio, its capabilities, selected work, and ways to contact the studio. Website content is informational and may change over time. It does not constitute a binding proposal, quotation, guarantee, or commitment to accept an engagement.
2. Client engagements
Projects, recurring capacity arrangements, and other client relationships are governed by a separate written agreement between the relevant parties. That agreement defines the applicable scope, fees, payment terms, schedule, responsibilities, deliverables, intellectual property terms, confidentiality obligations, and other commercial conditions.
3. Portfolio and third party materials
Portfolio material is presented to illustrate the type and range of work associated with the studio and its team. Client work, trademarks, artwork, photography, fonts, software, and other third party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing rights. Publication of work does not transfer those rights.
4. Confidentiality and submitted information
Information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where an engagement or prospective engagement requires specific confidentiality obligations, including an NDA or white label arrangement, those requirements should be agreed in writing before confidential material is exchanged or work begins.
5. External services and links
The website may reference or rely on third party services, vendors, platforms, or external websites. Bainbridge Studio does not control third party services and is not responsible for their independent availability, terms, security, content, manufacturing performance, or technical operation.
